Colin is a fully qualified Myotherapist with over a decade experience working as a personal trainer. This combination gives him a unique insight into not only how to treat a client effectively but also how to integrate movement patterns back into their workouts. Colin is excellent at helping clients feel comfortable to get as strong as possible and avoiding injury along the way.

Andrew is a former competitive powerlifter and kick boxer. Having trained first place winners in both bodybuilding and powerlifting competitions he knows what it takes to get your body into peak physical condition. With client ages ranging from 15- 60, he has a wealth of experience dealing with different goals, body styles and limitations.
