Personal Training

Our most premium option. Every session is built entirely around you: your goals, your injury history, your schedule, your pace. Ideal if you want maximum attention, faster progress, or a completely tailored approach to your training.

Semi Private (3:1)

Each client follows their own individualised program, coached in a small group of just three. Every session is tailored to your needs, your body, and your goals, with hands-on coaching throughout. For most clients, this is the most effective way to train.

Small Group Strength

Capped at just eight people per class, so you’re never lost in the room. Structured strength sessions, hands-on corrections, and a community that actually knows your name. This isn’t a packed class, it’s coached training in a small group environment.
