Andrew Kormas - Personal Trainer/Studio Manager @ Athletic HQ

Andrew is a former competitive powerlifter and kick boxer. Having trained first place winners in both bodybuilding and powerlifting competitions he knows what it takes to get your body into peak physical condition. With client ages ranging from 15- 60, he has a wealth of experience dealing with different goals, body styles and limitations.

Sarah has 24 plus years of experience guiding and mentoring her clients to achieve their goals and long term success in health, strength, and wellness. Sarah dedicated her first career to dancing as a professional level ballerina. After working through a back injury forcing her out of dancing she turned her career to helping others improve their health and well-being by becoming a fitness professional.
